糖化血红蛋白浓度与非糖尿病急性心肌梗死的关系 被引量:1

摘要 急性心肌梗死(Acute myocardial infarction,AMI)是指冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块糜烂、破裂,继发急性血栓形成,导致冠状动脉供血区域心肌缺血坏死,是临床上常见的急危重症。2016版《中国心血管病报告》显示:我国AMI发病率和死亡率逐年增加,且发病年龄逐步年轻化。HbA1c作为判断血糖控制水平的金标准,其预测心血管事件的可靠性越来越受到肯定。国外研究显示,HbA1c浓度是2型糖尿病出现AMI的危险因素,并影响其住院率及死亡率[1]。2010年ADA糖尿病修订指南指出,5.7%≤HbA1c≤6.4%为糖尿病前期病变,包括空腹血糖受损(IFG)、糖耐量异常(IGT)。但是,目前鲜有研究分析HbA1c浓度与非糖尿病急性心肌梗死的关系,且HbA1c在急性心肌梗死中的作用机制尚不明确。因此,本研究旨在通过分析146例非糖尿病急性心肌梗死患者临床资料,探讨HbA1c浓度与非糖尿病急性心肌梗死的关系。
