摘要
阐述了以辅导员工作坊的形式推动高校辅导员思想政治教育工作课程化的理论源泉和实践基础,分析了以辅导员工作坊推动高校辅导员思想政治教育工作课程化的重要作用、内容和主要形式,提出了通过加强人才配置、注重因材施教、明确提升路径、凝练丰硕成果来促进以辅导员工作坊推动高校辅导员思想政治教育工作课程化落到实处。
This paper expounds the theoretical source and practical basis of promoting the curricularization of ideological and political education of college counselors in the form of workshops,analyzes the important functions,contents and main forms of promoting the curricularization of ideological and political education of college counselors in the form of workshops.We should strengthen the talents disposition,pay great attention to teach college students in accordance with their aptitude,make clear the path of promotion,and summarize the great achievements,in order to promote the complete fulfillment of the curricularization of ideological and political education of college counselors in the form of workshops.
