城市综合行政执法治理研究——基于社区治理视角

Research on Urban Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Governance:Based on the Perspective of Community Governance

从综合行政执法相关研究综述入手,在系统阐述了我国综合行政执法管理现状的基础上,指出了目前存在的问题,并分析了问题的成因。从社区治理的视角,提出了我国社区综合行政执法治理的对策建议:执法理念正确,执法管理体系标准化,采用先进手段对社区进行治理,提高内外监督效能,提升社区人民群众的满意度。

From the summary of the research on the comprehensive administrative law enforcement,this paper expounds the current situation of the comprehensive administrative law enforcement management in our country,points out the existing problems,and analyzes the causes of the problems.From the perspective of community governance,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of comprehensive administrative law enforcement in Chinese community:correct concept of law enforcement,the standardization of law enforcement management system,the use of advanced methods to govern the community,the efficiency improvement of internal and external supervision,and the satisfaction enhancement of community people.
