海水养殖中水产动物主要致病弧菌研究进展

Research progress on the main pathogenic Vibrio affecting aquatic animals in mariculture

随着海水养殖产业的发展和集约化养殖规模的不断扩大,海水养殖业中细菌性疾病的发病率越来越高。在导致养殖水产动物感染的病原菌中,致病性弧菌占有较高比例,这不仅给水产动物健康带来高风险,也给海水养殖产业造成严重的经济损失。文章针对中国常见的4种致病性弧菌:鳗弧菌(V.anguillarum)、哈维氏弧菌(V.harveyi)、副溶血弧菌(V.parahaemolyticus)和溶藻胶弧菌(V.alginolyticus),分别从菌体形态结构、生物学特性、流行病学特征、致病机理及相关分子生物学研究现状5个方面展开陈述,并对其相关研究进行了展望,以期为水产养殖中弧菌性疾病的防治和监管工作提供参考。

Intensive aquaculture industry is increasing rapidly with the development of mariculture,the incidence of bacterial disease is thus more and more higher.Pathogenic Vibrios was well recognized as a main threat factor to the mariculture industry,resulting in serious economic losses.This paper briefly introduced the morphological structure,biological characteristics,epidemiologic features,pathogenesis and research current status of molecular biology of 4 kinds of common pathogenic Vibrios(V.anguillarum,V.harveyi,V.parahaemolyticus and V.alginolyticus),and prospected the future study of pathogenic Vibrios,which may provide reference for the government to manage and defense against pathogenic Vibrios affection.[Chinese Fishery Quality and Standards,2018,8(2):49-56]
