自拟“肺大肠同治方”治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床研究

Clinical study on the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by self-designed 'lung and large intestine tongzhi recipe'

目的评价自拟"肺大肠同治方"治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效。方法纳入我院2016年3月~2017年12月期间收治的92例慢性阻塞性肺疾病(急性加重期)患者开展随机对照研究,将92例研究对象随机分为治疗组和对照组,观察治疗期间均给予两组患者氧疗、抗菌等常规治疗,在常规治疗的基础上给予治疗组患者自拟肺大肠同治方治疗。结果治疗前两组患者中呼吸困难分级≤2级的患者所占比例、肺功能比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组患者中呼吸困难分级≤2级的患者所占比例为82.61%,高于对照组患者的80.56%(P<0.05),肺功能指标检测结果均优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的抗生素、激素使用时间、住院时间均较对照组患者短(P<0.05),抗生素及激素副作用发生率较对照组患者低(P<0.05)。结论肺大肠同治方的应用,能够改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能,缩短患者住院时间,并能减少抗生素、激素的使用及药物副作用的发生。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of‘lung and large intestine tongzhi recipe’in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods From March 2016 to December 2017,92 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(acute exacerbation)treated in our hospital were selected and carryed out a randomized controlled study.92 patients were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group.Both groups were given routine therapy such as oxygen therapy,antibacterial therapy and so on.On the basis of routine treatment,the patients in the treatment group were treated with‘lung and large intestine tongzhi recipe’.Results Before treatment,the proportion and lung function of patients which dyspnea grade level of two groups was less than or equal to 2 had no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the proportion of patients which dyspnea grade level of two groups was less than or equal to 2 was 82.61%in treatment group and higher than that of the control group which was 80.56%(P<0.05),the results of lung function index were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The antibiotics and hormone use time,hospitalization time in the treatment group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05),the incidence rate of side effects of antibiotics and hormones in the treatment group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of‘lung and large intestine tongzhi recipe’can improve lung function of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients,shorten hospitalization time,and reduce the use of antibiotics,hormones and side effects of drugs.
