阿托品和间苯三酚在治疗腹痛中副作用的对比分析

Comparative analysis of side effects of atropine and phloroglucinol in the treatment of abdominal pain

目的针对急性腹痛患者分别给予阿托品与间苯三酚物进行治疗,并探究分析其药物疗效及副作用。方法选择100例患者作为本次研究对象,均为2015年5月~2017年5月由本院收治的急性腹痛患者,将其以投掷法随机分成两组,其中应用间苯三酚治疗的50例患者作为观察组,另外给予阿托品治疗的50例患者作为对照组,对比分析两组患者的疗效、副作用及疼痛情况。结果用药后两组患者疼痛评分均有所降低,但观察组用药后15、30min与1h的疼痛评分均显著低于对照组的,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);用药后观察组出现副作用4例(8.00%),对照组出现副作用18例(36.00%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组,两组患者总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论间苯三酚相比于阿托品治疗急性腹痛效果更为突出,且副作用更少,安全可靠,建议广泛应用。

Objective To treat acute abdominal pain in patients with atropine and phloroglucinol,and to explore the efficacy and side effects of the drugs.Methods One hundred patients were selected as the subjects of this study and were all patients with acute abdominal pain from May 2015 to May 2017.They were randomly divided into two groups by throwing method.Among them,50 patients treated with phloroglucinol as the observation group and 50 patients treated with atropine as control group.The curative effect,side effect and pain of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the pain scores of the two groups were all reduced,but the pain scores of 15,30min and 1h in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 4 cases(8.00%)of side effects in the observation group and 18 cases(36.00%)in the control group after treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The total effective rate of the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with atropine,the effect of phloroglucinol in the treatment of acute abdominal pain is more prominent,with less side effects and safe and reliable.It is recommended to be widely used.
