摘要
目的探讨全程健康教育在糖尿病患者护理管理中的实施效果。方法按照随机数字表法将84例糖尿病患者分为观察组和对照组各42例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组干预的基础上实施全程健康教育,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组健康知识达标率、血糖达标率、治疗依从性均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组健康知识、自我责任感、自我概念、自我护理技能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程健康教育可提高糖尿病患者健康知识掌握度、治疗依从性、自我管理水平和血糖控制效果,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the implementation effect of whole course health education in nursing management of diabetic patients.Methods Eighty-four patients with diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into observation group(42 cases)and control group(42 cases).The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group implemented the whole course health education on the basis of the control group intervention.The nursing efficacy of two groups were observed.Results The rate of healthy knowledge of the target rate,blood glucose index,treatment compliance of the observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05);The scores of health knowledge,self-responsibility,self-concept,self-care skills of the observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole course health education can improve the health knowledge,treatment compliance,self management level and blood glucose control effect of diabetic patients.It is worth promoting in clinical practice.
