研究人性化护理应用于慢性阻塞性肺病急性期的临床效果

Study on the clinical effect of humanized nursing in acute stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的对人性化护理应用于慢性阻塞性肺病急性期的临床效果进行研究和探讨。方法选取2016年1月~2017年10月来院诊治的慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期患者119例,根据随机数字表法分为研究组(n=60)和对照组(n=59),对照组实施常规护理干预,研究组实施人性化护理,对比分析两组患者焦虑抑郁评分、治疗效果及护理满意度。结果研究组患者在SAS评分和SDS评分中均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗总有效率为85%、护理总满意率为98.33%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为61.01%、护理总满意率为89.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理应用于慢性阻塞性肺病急性期的效果较好,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To study and discuss the clinical effect of humanized nursing on the acute stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods One hundred and nineteen patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease from January 2016 to October 2017 were selected and divided into study group(n=60)and control group(n=59)according to random number table.The control group carried out routine nursing intervention,and the research group implemented humanistic nursing.The scores of anxiety and depression,treatment effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 85%,the total satisfaction rate of nursing was 98.33%,the total effective rate of the control group was 61.01%,and the total satisfaction rate of nursing was 89.83%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized nursing in the acute stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is better,and it has high clinical value.
