摘要
目的探讨经腹部三维超声评价胎儿小脑蚓部发育情况。方法分析2016年6月~2017年9月于我院行产前三维超声检查的18~36孕周正常胎儿200例临床资料,依据超声检查方法不同分为两组,二维超声组和三维超声组。观察不同孕周胎儿小脑蚓部前后径(AP)、头尾径(CC)、周长(C)及最大切面面积(MSA)及小脑横径情况,观察胎儿小脑蚓部AP、CC、C、MSA和孕周、小脑横径相关性情况,观察孕期胎儿小脑蚓部发育结构的有效率。计量资料通过t检验,计数资料通过χ2检验,相关性采用直线相关分析。结果随着孕周逐步增加AP、CC、C、MSA、小脑横径逐步增大,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。胎儿小脑蚓部AP、CC、C、MSA和孕周、小脑横径呈现明显的正相关,三维超声组观察孕期胎儿小脑蚓部发育结构的有效率高于二维超声组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经腹部三维超声评价胎儿小脑蚓部发育的效果良好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the development of the cerebellar vermis of the fetus by abdominal three-dimensional ultrasound.Methods The clinical data of 200 normal fetuses of 18-36 gestational weeks who underwent prenatal threedimensional ultrasound examination in our hospital from June 2016 to September 2017 were analyzed and divided into two groups according to different methods of ultrasound examination:two-dimensional ultrasound group and three-dimensional ultrasound group.The anteroposterior diameter(AP),cephalad-cephalad diameter(CC),circumference(C),maximum sectional area(MSA)and cerebellar transverse diameter of fetal cerebellar vermis at different gestational weeks were observed.The correlation of AP,CC,C,MSA,gestation and cerebellar transverse diameter of the cerebellar vermis of the fetus was observed.The effective rate of cerebellar vermis development structure during pregnancy was observed.The measurement data was checked by t test,the counting data was checked byχ2 test.Linear correlation analysis was used for correlation.Results The AP,CC,C,MSA and cerebellum gradually increased with the gradual increase of gestational age,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The AP,CC,C,MSA of fetal cerebellar vermis were positive correlation with gestational age and cerebellar transverse diameter.The effective rate of cerebellar vermis development structure in three-dimensional ultrasound group was higher than that in twodimensional ultrasound group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is good to evaluate the development of fetal cerebellar vermis by three dimensional ultrasound,which is worthy of clinical application.
