高血压基层管理流程对某单位高血压患者的干预效果分析

Analysis of intervention effect of essential hypertension management process on patients with hypertension in a unit

目的分析高血压基层管理流程对某单位高血压患者进行干预的效果,探讨高血压管理的有效模式。方法选取汽车运输公司2016年3月检出的高血压患者共计141例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,对照组实施常规干预,研究组应用高血压基层管理流程,至2017年3月复查各项指标,比较血压控制情况、高血压知晓情况和高危因素改变情况。结果研究组实施前后、两组实施后血压控制情况及高血压知识知晓率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组实施前后高危因素差异明显,且实施后优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压基层管理流程对高血压患者的干预效果良好,同时能改善心血管疾病高危因素,提示该流程可作为一种慢病管理的有效模式,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of basic hypertension management process on the intervention of hypertension patients in a unit,and to explore the effective mode of hypertension management.Methods A total of 141 hypertensive patients were selected from automobile transportation companies in March 2016.According to the random digital table method,they were divided into two groups:the study group and the control group.The control group carried out routine intervention,and the study group applied the basic management process of hypertension.By March 2017,the indexes were reviewed,the control of blood pressure,the awareness of hypertension and the change of high risk factors were compared.Results Before and after the implementation of the study group,the blood pressure control and the awareness rate of hypertension knowledge in the two groups were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The high risk factors of the study group were significantly different before and after the implementation,and the difference was better than that of the control group after the implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention effect of essential hypertension management process on hypertension patients is good and the risk factors of cardiovascular disease can be improved.It is suggested that this process can be used as an effective model of slow disease management and is worth popularizing and applied.
