运用腹腔镜子宫切除术治疗妇科良性肿瘤的临床效果研究

Clinical effect of laparoscopic hysterectomy in the treatment of benign gynecologic tumors

目的研究运用腹腔镜子宫切除术治疗妇科良性肿瘤的临床效果。方法选取我院在2015年10~2017年11月期间收治的妇科良性肿瘤患者共计60例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和参照组,参照组实施开腹手术治疗,研究组实施腹腔镜子宫切除术治疗,对比分析两组患者手术指标、手术成功率及并发症发生率。结果研究组患者在住院时间、手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间等手术指标均优于参照组,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者手术成功率为93.33%、并发症发生率为6.66%,参照组患者手术成功率为70.00%、并发症发生率为26.66%,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜子宫切除术对妇科良性肿瘤的治疗效果更好,可在临床实践中予以广泛推广和应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic hysterectomy in the treatment of benign gynecologic tumors.Methods 60 patients with benign gynecological tumor in our hospital from October 2015 to November 2017 were selected.They were divided into study group and reference group according to the random number table method.The reference group was given laparotomy,and the study group was treated with laparoscopic hysterectomy.The surgical indexes,the success rate and the incidence of complications in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The hospitalization time,operative time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative anal exhaust time in the study group were better than those in the reference group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The operative success rate of the study group was 93.33%,and the complication rate was 6.66%.The success rate of operation in the reference group was 70%and the complication rate was 26.66%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of laparoscopic hysterectomy for benign gynecologic tumor is better,and it can be widely used in clinical practice.
