Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pinaverium bromide combined with flupentixol and melitracen in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome with anxiety. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with irritable bowel syndrome treated in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given pinaverium bromide orally, the study group was treated with pinaverium bromide combined with flupentixol and melitracen treatment, two groups were treated for 8 weeks. The scores of GSRS,SDS,SAS,drug results and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups of patients. Results The scores of GSRS,SDS and SAS decreased after treatment in each group(P<0.05).The scores of GSRS,SDS and SAS in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effect of the control group was 75.0%,and the effect of the study group was 88.3%,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).No adverse reactions were observed during treatment in both groups. Conclusion The combination of pinaverium bromide and flupentixol melitracen can not only improve gastrointestinal symptoms, restore intestinal function, but also reduce anxiety and depression, and has less adverse reactions and high safety.
