常规筛查经验对临床超声诊断乳腺癌影响分析

Analysis of the influence of routine screening experience on clinical ultrasound diagnosis of breast cancer

目的针对常规筛查经验对临床超声诊断乳腺癌的影响进行分析和探讨。方法回顾性分析我院于2016年11月~2017年11月收治的乳腺异常病例数共计150例,对其进行望诊、触诊和超声诊断,分析常规筛查经验对乳腺癌诊断结果的影响。结果望诊异常组乳腺癌诊断率为30.00%,望诊正常组乳腺癌诊断率为5.00%,触诊异常组乳腺癌诊断率为28.57%,触诊正常组乳腺癌诊断率为4.89%,异常组的望诊和触诊诊断率明显高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且超声诊断结果显示漏报率为10%;望诊、触诊联合超声诊断准确率明显高于望诊联合触诊诊断,漏诊率及误诊率明显低于望诊和触诊诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规筛查经验联合超声诊断能够极大提高乳腺癌早期诊断结果,提高准确度,减少误诊和漏诊的发生,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze and explore the effect of routine screening experience on the diagnosis of breast cancer by clinical ultrasound.Methods One hundred and fifty cases of mammary gland abnormality who were treated in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were analyzed retrospectively,with inspection,palpation and ultrasound diagnosis.The effect of routine screening experience on the diagnosis of breast cancer were analyzed.Results The diagnosis rate in inspection group of abnormal breast cancer was 30%,The diagnosis rate in inspection group of normal breast cancer was 5%.The diagnosis rate of breast cancer in the abnormal palpation group was 28.57%,and the diagnosis rate of breast cancer in the normal palpation group was 4.89%.Inspection and palpation in the diagnosis of abnormal group was significantly higher than that of the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of ultrasonic diagnosis showed that the rate of failure was 10%.Palpation,inspection and ultrasound diagnostic accuracy rate was significantly higher than that of joint inspection palpation diagnosis,the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis rate was significantly lower than that of inspection and palpation in the diagnosis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Routine screening experience combined with ultrasound diagnosis can greatly improve the early diagnosis of breast cancer,improve accuracy and reduce the incidence of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,which has high clinical value.
