利尿肾动态显像在单侧肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄患者的手术或保守治疗中的应用

Application of diuretic dynamic imaging in surgical or conservative treatment of unilateral ureteropelvic junction stenosis

目的为有效治疗单侧肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄(UPJO)患者,临床观察利尿肾动态显像在疾病治疗中应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院2012年2月~2016年9月期间门诊部门收治的74例单侧UPJO患者,患者入院后均行利尿肾动态显像检查,显示对侧肾功能正常,临床根据患者情况进行保守治疗、手术治疗,观察治疗前后患者引流变化、肾功能情况。结果手术组患者治疗前后肾功能有改善,而保守组肾功能保持稳定,同时手术组引流改善率为50.0%,明显高于保守组16.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利尿肾动态显像能较好改善患者UPJO患者手术、保守治疗时肾功能、引流情况,利于临床对患者进行及时有效治疗。

Objective To observe the value of diuretic renal dynamic imaging in the treatment of unilateral ureteropelvic junction stricture UPJO.Method From February 2012 to September 2016,74 patients with unilateral UPJO were retrospectively analyzed.All the patients underwent diuretic renal dynamic imaging,which showed that the contralateral renal function was normal.Conservative treatment and operation therapy were performed according to the patient's condition.The changes of drainage and renal function were observed before and after operation.Result The renal function of the operation group was improved before and after treatment,while the renal function of the conservative group remained stable.Meanwhile,the drainage improvement rate of the operation group was 50.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the conservative group(16.7%,P<0.05).Conclusion During the operation therapy or conservative treatment,diuretic renal dynamic imaging can improve the renal function and drainage in patients with UPJO.It is propitious to treat the patients in a timely and effective manner.
