反馈式电刺激助力技术在偏瘫肢体患者中的应用效果及对康复质量的影响研究

Study on the application effect of feedback electrical stimulation technique in hemiplegic limb patients and its effect on rehabilitation quality

目的分析反馈式电刺激助力技术在偏瘫肢体患者中的应用效果及对康复质量的影响。方法选取2015年1月~2016年12月100例脑卒中后偏瘫肢体患者作为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各50例。对照组给予常规治疗措施,观察组则在对照组的基础上加入电刺激治疗。观察两组患者的康复效果,采用Brunnstrom运动功能评量表以及Barthel指数来评价两组患者治疗前后的运动能力与生活能力变化。结果观察组康复效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前各指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组治疗后各指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电刺激在偏瘫肢体患者中具有较好的应用效果,能够有效提高患者的运动功能和生活能力,有助于改善患者的生活质量,值得在临床中推广使用。

Objective To analyze the effect of feedback electrical stimulation in hemiplegic limb patients and its effect on rehabilitation quality.Methods From January 2015 to December 2016,100 stroke patients with hemiplegia were selected as observation subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with electrical stimulation on the basis of the control group.The rehabilitation effects of the two groups were observed.The changes of motor function and life ability of the two groups were evaluated by Brunnstrom motor function scale and Barthel index before and after treatment.Results The rehabilitation effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but after treatment,the indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electrical stimulation has a good application effect in hemiplegic limbs patients,it can effectively improve the motor function and life ability of patients,help to improve the quality of life of patients,and is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
