PCT、CRP在支气管哮喘合并呼吸道感染中的诊断价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的探究支气管哮喘合并呼吸道感染患者应用血清降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)检查的诊断价值。方法选择2015年2月~2016年2月收入的80例支气管哮喘合并呼吸道感染患者,对临床资料展开回顾性分析,结果通过痰培养,将患者按照合并呼吸道感染类型展开分组,其中有38例患者发生哮喘合并病毒感染,42例患者发生哮喘合并细菌感染。对两组患者化验结果展开分析,探讨哮喘发作时发生呼吸道感染后PCT、CRP水平变化。结果在PCT、CRP水平上,哮喘合并病毒感染组与哮喘合并细菌感染组相比,显著较低(t=-55.544、-62.284,P<0.05);在PCT阳性率上,两组比较,哮喘合并病毒感染组(21.05%)显著比哮喘合并细菌感染组阳性率(90.48%)低(χ2=97.709,P<0.05),且在CRP阳性率上(76.32%)显著比哮喘合并细菌感染组(95.24%)低(χ2=14.673,P<0.05)。结论支气管哮喘合并呼吸道感染患者在使用PCT、CRP检测后,可鉴别呼吸道感染细菌类型,不仅为后续治疗确立方向,还能对后续是否需要进行抗生素治疗提供依据,此方法值得应用与推广。 Objective To study the diagnostic value of PCT(procalcitonin)and CRP(C-reactive protein)detection contents in bronchial asthma patients complicated with respiratory tract infection.Methods From February 2015 to February 2016,the clinical data of 80 patients with bronchial asthma combined with respiratory tract infection treated in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.According to the sputum culture results,the bronchial asthma patients were divided into virus infection group(38 cases)and bacterial infection group(42 cases)according to the type of respiratory tract infection.The changes of PCT and CRP levels after respiratory infection during the onset of asthma of two groups of patients were analyzed.Results The PCT and CRP contents of virus infection group were significantly lower than those of bacterial infection group(t=-55.544,-62.284,P<0.05);The positive rate of PCT of virus infection group was 21.05%and significantly lower than that of bacterial infection group which was 90.48%(χ2=97.709,P<0.05);The positive rate of CRP of virus infection group was 76.32%and significantly lower than that of bacterial infection group which was 95.24%(χ2=14.673,P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with bronchial asthma and respiratory tract infection can use PCT and CRP to identify the types of bacteria in respiratory tract infection,not only for the subsequent treatment,but also for the future need for antibiotic treatment.This method is worthy of application and promotion.
