摘要
目的分析门诊药物咨询情况,为提高药学服务质量提供参考。方法收集医院2016年的门诊药物咨询记录,按咨询人员构成、咨询形式、咨询内容、咨询药品种类等信息进行分类整理和分析。结果医院门诊咨询窗口2016年共提供1 052例次药物咨询,咨询人员以患者为主(956例次,占90.87%),咨询方式主要是面对面咨询(895例次,占85.08%),咨询的主要内容是药物的用法用量(468例次,占44.49%)、药品不良反应(298例次,占28.33%)和用药注意事项(112例次,占10.65%)等,咨询药品种类以心脑血管系统药物(503例次,占47.81%)、呼吸系统药物为主(378例次,占35.93%)。结论患者主要关心的问题是用法用量、药品不良反应和用药注意事项等,临床药师通过面对面为患者提供药物咨询,可以提高药学服务质量,促进临床合理用药。
Objective To analyze the drug consultations of outpatient and to provide reference for improving the quality of pharmaceutical care.Methods The records of drug consultations were collected from the outpatient of our hospital in 2016,and then classified and analyzed according to the information of the composition of consultants,consultation forms,consultation contents,the types of consultation drugs and so on.Results The outpatient consultation window provided a total of 1 052 cases of drug consultations in 2016.Consultants were mainly consulted by patients(956 cases,90.87%),the most common consulting method was face to face(895 cases,85.08%),the main contents of the consultation were the usage and dosage of drugs(468 cases,44.49%),adverse drug reactions(298 cases,28.33%)and matters of attention(112 cases,10.65%).The main types of drugs consulted were cardio cerebral vascular system drugs(503 cases,47.81%),respiratory system drugs(378 cases,35.93%).Conclusion Patients were mostly concerned about the drug usage and dosage,adverse drug reactions and matters needing attention.The clinical pharmacist can provide drug consultations for patients through face-to-face,and can improve the quality of pharmaceutical care in order to promote rational drug use in clinic.
