摘要
目的建立测定单叶化香树果序中没食子酸含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱采用Diamonsil~C_(18)(2)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液(3∶97),检测波长为270 nm,进样量为10μL,流速为1.0 m L/min。结果没食子酸进样量在0.137 5~11.000 0μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为100.99%,RSD为1.13%(n=6)。结论该方法准确、简便、易行,可用于检测单叶化香树果序中没食子酸的含量。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for gallic acid ininfructescence of Platycarya strobilacea.Methods Diamonsil R C18(2)column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)was adopted with the mobile phase of methanol-0.2%phosphoric acid(3∶97),the detection wavelength was 270nm,the sample size was 10μL,and the flow ratewas1.0mL/min.Results The gallic acid was linear in the range of0.1375-11.0000μg(r=0.9998),the average recovery was 100.99%,and RSD was1.13%(n=6).Conclusion The method is accurate,simple and easy,which is suitable for content determination of gallicacid in infructescence of Platycarya strobilacea.
