柴黄颗粒联合泛福舒对小儿反复呼吸道感染的疗效及对免疫功能的影响

Clinical Effect of Chaihuang Granules Combined with Broncho-Vaxom for Treating Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection in Children and Its Effect on Immune Function

目的探讨柴黄颗粒联合泛福舒对小儿反复呼吸道感染的疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法选择医院2014年11月至2015年12月收治的反复呼吸道感染患儿110例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,各55例。两组患儿均对症治疗,早晨空腹口服泛福舒胶囊3.5 mg,连续10 d再停药20 d为1个疗程,持续3个疗程。观察组患儿加用柴黄颗粒口服,2~4岁每次1.5 g,4~6岁每次3 g,每日2次,饭后服用,共12周。结果观察组总有效率为98.18%,明显高于对照组的87.27%(P<0.05);观察组临床症状及体征消失时间短于对照组,1年内感染次数少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患儿Ig A,Ig G,Ig M表达水平均比治疗前明显上升,且观察组升高程度更大(P<0.05);对照组与观察组不良反应发生率(25.45%比23.64%)无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论柴黄颗粒联合泛福舒治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效显著,可显著缩短小儿症状及体征缓解时间,改善免疫功能,且临床使用较安全,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Chaihuang Granules combined with Broncho-Vaxom for treating recurrent respiratory tract infection(RRTI)in children and its effect on immune function.Methods Totally 110 children patients with RRTI admitted to our hospital from November 2014 to December 2015 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,55 cases in each group.The two groups were given symptomatic treatment,oral administration of 3.5 mg Broncho-Vaxom on an empty stomach in the morning,continuous 10 d and withdrawal 20 d for a course of treatment,the two groups were treated for 3 courses.On this basis,the observation group was taken Chaihuang Granules,1.5 g/time for 2-4 years old and3 g/time for 4-6 years old,twice a day after meals for a total of 12 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.18%,which was significantly higher than 87.27%of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms and the times of infection within 1 year in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the expression levels of Ig A,Ig G and Ig M in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the control group and the observation group(25.45%vs.23.64%,P>0.05).Conclusion Chaihuang Granules combined with Broncho-Vaxom for treating children with RRTI has significant curative effect and safety,it can significantly shorten the relief time of children's symptoms and signs and improve the immune function,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
