校企合作共建校外实践教育基地有助于应用型人才培养目标的实现。通过校企共育人才的教学模式形成了较完善的理论与实践教学体系、提高了教学质量、提升学生就业竞争力。以沈阳工学院酒店管理专业校外实践教育基地的建设经验为例,通过对校企合作人才培养中存在问题的分析,探讨酒店管理专业校外实践教育基地建设和人才培养模式创新的路径与方法。

School-enterprise co-construction of extracurricular education base will help to realize the target of application-oriented talents training.Through the teaching mode of school-enterprise co-education,a perfect theory and practice teaching system has been formed,which has improved the teaching quality and promoted students'employment competitiveness.Based on the construction experience of off-campus practical base of hotel management in Shenyang Institute of Technology,it analyzes the problems in the talent training,explores the methods of practical base construction and talent cultivation innovation of the hotel management major.
