巴哈越野赛车车架设计与结构优化 被引量:4

摘要 依据巴哈大赛赛事规则,对车架进行了设计计算,利用CATIA软件建立三维模型,采用ABAQUS软件创建了车架的有限元模型.在指定工况下,模拟了车架所受实际载荷,分析了车架的应力、应变,得出其应力分布与车架变形情况,结果表明车架具有良好的强度和刚度特性,存在一定的优化空间.通过车架的模态分析,验证了车架设计可以避免共振的发生.优化过程在满足车架强度和刚度的前提下,通过改变局部车架构件的布置结构及管厚的方式实现优化目标.优化结果对赛车的实际制作具有较大的指导意义. According to the Baja competition rule,we designed the 3D model with CATIA software and build the finite element model of the car frame using ABAQUS.The stress and strain of the frame with actual load under specified condition were simulated and analyzed.The results showed that the car frame had good strength and stiffness properties,and there was a certain optimization space.The modal analysis of the car frame proved that the design could avoid the occurrence of resonance.On the premise of meeting the strength and stiffness of the frame,the optimization process can achieve the optimization goal by changing the layout structure of the local frame and the tube thickness.The optimization results have great guiding significance for the actual production of the car.
