创面血回输救治矢状窦大出血的临床应用研究

The clinical effect ofthe treatment of massive hemorrhage of sagittal sinus with blood transfusion

目的探究创面血回输救治矢状窦大出血的临床应用效果。方法 1998年1月至2016年12月期间内接受创面血回输治疗矢状窦大出血患者中选取30例为观察组,同时选取接受其他开颅血肿清除手术在术中输异体血的30例患者为对照组,观察两组住院时间及昏迷情况。结果观察组恢复率、死亡率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时观察组GCS评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用创面血回输治疗矢状窦大出血症状,能够迅速补充血容量,纠正休克状态,提高GCS评分和预后,值得应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of massive hemorrhage of sagittal sinus with blood transfusion.Method From January 1998 to December 2016 during the period of receiving blood transfusion wound treatment of sagittal sinus hemorrhage patients were selected from thirty cases of the observation group,and selected other accepted craniotomy hematoma removal in thirty cases of intraoperative blood transfusion in patients as the control group,two observation group hospitalization time and coma.Results The recovery rate and mortality rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the GCS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion The treatment of patients with massive hemorrhage of sagittal sinus can be quickly added by the blood transfusion of the wound surface,and the state of shock can be corrected,and the GCS score and prognosis can be improved.
