Combined the causes and backgrounds of construction quality problems,this paper made systematic analysis of the overall quality of construction project in Pudong new area based on the actual situation of Pudong new area construction project from the aspects of influencing factors,the quality of the project,the implementation of the main responsibility for the quality of credit mechanism,and put forward the corresponding measures to further improve the quality of the project.
