In order to adapt to the rapid development of oil and natural gas industry,this paper researched the oil and gas field surface engineering construction project risk management,the programme was timely and effective access to all kinds of risks of the ground engineering projects in the process of construction,which is of great significance for the project to proceed smoothly and safely.
