我国城市街区空间治理模式研究

Research on the Spatial Governance Model of Urban Blocks in China

街区制的推行将影响我国城市地域结构划分,也将影响城市社会结构及其社会关系。系统分析城市街区治理理念、代表性理论及其典型模式对政府制定相应的街区制度、形成具体的制度安排具有重要的实践应用价值。同时,也能帮助人们从整体上理解并把握我国街区制的发展进程及其发展趋势。本文以社会治理为基本理论视角,深入分析了我国街区制的实施现状、问题及其成因,在借鉴发达国家典型街区空间治理模式经验的基础上,提出了完善我国街区制的治理政策。

The implementation of block system will affect the division of urban regional structures,also will influence China's urban social structure and social relations.The systematic analysis of urban block governance concept,representation theory and its typical mode has important practical application value for the government to develop appropriate systems and form specific institutional arrangements,and at the same time,helps people understand and grasp the developmental process and trend.This paper makes a deep analysis on the status,problems and causes of the implementation of block system from the theoretical perspective of social governance,and based on learning experiences from developed countries,it gives policies in the improvement of block system.
