摘要
双组分或多组分纤维,是由两种或更多种化学与物理结构不尽相同的聚合物制得。依据聚合物和添加剂性能的差异,多组分纤维显示出功能性特症,如热黏合性、自卷曲性、自洁性以及独特的纤维截面。多组分纤维技术是开发创新型纺织品的重要技术途径之一,近年来其为医疗卫生、个体防护、建筑与土木工程等领域提供了很多高端产品。文章主要针对多组分纤维及其制品的技术发展现状与发展前景做介绍。
Bi-component or multi-component fibers are prepared from two or more polymers with different chemical and physical structures.Depending on the different properties of polymer and additives,multicomponent fibers display different functions,such as thermo-bondable,self-crimping,self-cleaning and unique cross-sections.Multi-component fiber preparation technology is one of the important means for developing innovative textiles.Over the past few years,it has offered many high-end products to many application fields including medical&hygiene,personal protection,building and civil engineering,etc.The paper discusses the technological development and future prospects of multi-component fibers and related products.
