摘要
为了有效应对国际、国内形势变化,我国作出了实施"一带一路"倡议的重大决策。"一带一路"在推动沿线国家经济发展的同时,还为我国的高等教育发展提供了契机。随着沿线国家间人文交流的深入发展,吉林省地方高校应该充分把握机遇,结合地方大学的地域优势和办学特色,促进我省高等教育人才的国际化交流,提高我省高等教育的办学水平,培养高层次的国际化专业人才服务于区域经济社会发展。
In order to effectively respond to the changes of international and domestic situation,China made a significant decision to implement“The Belt and Road Initiative”.The Belt and Road Initiative not only promotes the economic development of the countries along the route,but also provides an opportunity for the development of higher education in China.With the development of cultural exchanges among the countries,local colleges and universities in Jilin Province should take full advantage of the opportunity,combine geographical advantages and school-running characteristics of local universities,promote international exchanges of talents of higher education,enhance the school-running level of higher education and cultivate high-leveled international professionals to serve the regional economy and social development.
