Practical Path of Improving Organization Life Quality of University Students' Party Branch

高校学生党支部作为大学生党员党性教育的主阵地,其组织生活质量的高低直接影响大学生党员这一党建生力军的整体素质。目前,高校党支部组织生活依然存在民主互动不足、生活内容单调、多元文化冲击、软硬件条件配备不全等多方面的问题,亟待予以解决。对此,党支部组织应积极应对,为构建民主互动氛围、创新生活形式、引导文化意识走向做有力的后盾,以此进一步提高党支部组织生活质量。

The university students’Party branch as the main force of college students'Party spirit education,the quality of their organization life has a direct impact on the overall quality of college student Party members.At present,there are still many problems in organization life of university Party branch such as the lack of democratic interaction,monotonous content,impacts of diversified culture,inadequacy of hardware and software conditions,which are urgently be solved.Therefore,Party branch organizations should take measures to construct democratic interactive atmosphere,innovate life forms,guide cultural consciousness trend and provide strong support,so as to improve the quality of life of Party branch organizations.
