基于应用型人才培养的国际结算课程教学设计改革

Research on Teaching Design Reform of International Settlement Based on Application-oriented Talents Cultivation

在对国际结算课程特点及目前教学现状分析的基础上,结合实际国际结算人才需求特点及具体岗位要求,根据课程教学改革的整体思路,从教学内容、教学方式、模拟实践及考核评价四个方面对国际结算课程进行教学设计改革,提出调整教学内容:优化课程结构、以学生为中心,采用多元化教学方式和手段、加大模拟实践教学环节,突出实用性、优化课程考核评价体系,以能力素质考查为主等对策。以期在提高课程教学效果的同时更好地实现既定的课程教学目标,以满足其应用型人才的培养。

Through the analysis of the course characteristics and the present teaching situation of International Settlement,combining with the applied talents training target and employment demand,and according to the overall idea of curriculum reform,this paper makes a teaching reform design from four aspects of teaching contents,teaching methods,simulation practice and curriculum evaluation,and puts forward some countermeasures,such as adjusting teaching contents,optimizing curriculum structure,taking students as the center,adopting diversified teaching methods and means,increasing simulation practice teaching links,highlighting practicability,optimizing curriculum evaluation system and taking ability and quality examination as the main measures,in order to further improve the effect of teaching,realize the teaching goal and satisfy the goal of the cultivation of applied talents.
