摘要 简述了聚苯硫醚(PPS)性能上的优缺点,并对其改性方案进行简要分析,着重介绍了广泛使用的微纳米填料填充改性。根据改性填料种类可分为碳材料、无机矿物、纤维填料的单一填充改性,以及多填料复配填充等4个方面。分别简述了改性填料的处理、PPS/填料复合材料的加工成型,以及复合材料热学、电磁、力学等性能的改性结果,为PPS的改性及应用提供一定的理论指导。最后,提出了目前PPS改性存在的不足,并对我国未来PPS改性产业发展提出了建议。 The advantages and disadvantages of polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)are introduced in this paper along with the modification methods.It focuses on the filling modification by micro/nano fillers,which include carbon materials,inorganic minerals,fibers and multiple compound fillers.In addition,it describes the treatment of modified fillers,the preparation of PPS/filler composites and the modification results of composites in thermal,electromagnetic and mechanical properties,which offer guidance for modification and application of PPS.Finally the problems existing in current PPS modification are given and suggestions are offered for the PPS modification industry development in the future.
