摘要
综述了国内外几种负载化茂金属催化剂的最新研究进展,以及负载化对烯烃聚合过程中催化剂活性、聚合物分子结构等的影响,为我国负载化茂金属催化剂的研究提供借鉴。负载化使制备的聚合物的相对分子质量分布变宽,更有利于产品的加工,负载化可以改善催化剂的活性中心环境,有利于制备差别化、精细化的产品。与国外研究成果相比,我国应继续加快负载化茂金属催化剂的研究,尽早实现工业应用。
This paper reviews the research progress of several supported metallocene catalysts in China and abroad along with the effect of supporting on the activity of catalysts and molecular structure of polymers during olefin polymerization,which provides reference for the research of supported metallocene catalysts in China.Supporting helps to widen the molecular weight distribution of the products,which is conductive to processing.Supporting improves the active sites of catalysts,which favors the preparation of differentiated and refined products.The research of supported metallocene catalysts in China should be accelerated to realize commercial application compared with foreign research.
