小麦产量构成因素相关性状与群体产量的遗传相关分析 被引量:3

摘要 以利用矮败小麦构建的45个小麦亚群为试材,分析分蘖数、每穗小穗数、穗粒数、每小穗粒数、千粒质量等产量构成因素相关性状与小麦产量的关系。结果表明,参试小麦材料的分蘖数、每穗小穗数、穗粒数、每小穗粒数、千粒质量与小区产量的遗传相关及表型相关都达到显著或极显著水平;分蘖数、穗粒数、每小穗粒数、千粒质量具有较大的遗传力(23.1%~27.0%);通过对这5个性状的遗传力与遗传相关系数联合分析,发现穗粒数、每小穗粒数、千粒质量对小麦产量的选择效率较高。因此,在山西省中部地区的小麦高产育种中应注重对这些性状的选择。 Fourty five subgroups constructed from dwarfing-sterile wheat technology platform were taken as test materials.Correlation analysis between yield components related traits,including tiller number,spikelet number per spike,grain number per spike,grain number per spikelet,thousand grain quality and population yield were carried out in the present study.The results showed that significantly or highly significantly genetic and phenotypic correlation were found between tiller number,spikelet number per spike,grain number per spike,grain number per spikelet,thousand grain quality and plot yield.The heritability of tiller number,grains per spike,grains number per spikelet,and thousand grain quality were higher(23.1%-27.0%).Based on the conjoint analysis of genetic correlation and heritability of those five traits,the selection efficiency of grain number per spike,grain number per spikelet,thousand grain quality on plot yield were higher than rest of traits.This suggests that we should pay attention to select these traits in high-yield wheat breeding in central areas of Shanxi.
