摘要
为明确春谷子长生13的茎秆特性,为抗倒谷子品种选育提供理论依据,研究了长生13分别在乳熟期、蜡熟期和成熟期倒2节至倒6节的节间长度、直径、茎秆机械强度、单株鲜质量、单株穗质量和植株重心的差异。结果表明,从倒2节至倒6节,节间长度依次增加,节间直径和茎秆强度依次降低;随生育期进度,节间长度依次增加,除倒3节外,各节间长度差异未达显著水平(P>0.05);直径先增加后降低,各节间直径差异未达显著水平;倒2节至倒5节茎秆强度先增加后降低,倒6节的各节间茎秆强度依次降低,其中,倒2节在蜡熟期的茎秆强度最大(9.87 kg),倒6节在成熟期的茎秆强度最小(5.02 kg),但各生育期的茎秆强度差异未达显著水平;单株鲜质量和单株穗质量逐渐升高,植株重心增加明显,重心在成熟期达最大,为0.57。
To analyse the stem characters of Changsheng 13 for genetic breeding providing the basic information,different characters of internode length,diameter,stem mechanical strength in the primary two internodes-six internodes,fresh quality per plant,ear quality per plant and the center of gravity in Changsheng 13 were measured.The results showed that the internode length increased,and the growth of diameter and stem mechanical strength decreased in turn among the primary two internode-six internode.The internode length increased except the primary three internode,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05)along with the lapse of growing stage of millet.The growth of diameter increased first then reduced,but the difference was not significant.Stem mechanical strength increased first then reduced among the primary two internode-five internode and reduced in turn of the primary six internode but the difference was not significant,that the largest stem mechanical strength was 9.87 kg of the primary two internodes in waxy ripe stage and the smallest stem mechanical strength was 5.02 kg of the primary six internodes in the maturity stage.Fresh quality per plant and ear quality per plant gradually rose,the center of gravity showed a pronounced increasing tendency and it reached the peak in maturity,which was 0.57.
