甘薯脱毒苗圃地直接移栽技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了简化移栽程序,提高甘薯脱毒种苗移栽效率,对甘薯脱毒苗直接移入圃地进行了尝试。结果表明,当大气温度19~24℃,地温17~23℃时,移栽前浇水造墒(土壤含水量为13%~14%),甘薯脱毒试管苗不经过炼苗,直接移入防虫网棚苗圃地栽培,移栽成活率达95.93%,30 d平均新增叶片6.33个/株;在30~34℃高温条件下,采用不同时间膜上打不同密度的圆孔调控拱棚膜下温湿度,移栽成活率达74.16%~96.00%。成功建立了夏季甘薯脱毒苗直接移入圃地技术体系,降低了甘薯脱毒生产的成本。 To simplify the transplanting process and improve the transplanting efficiency of sweet potato virusfree seedling,this study attempted to establish a summer sweet potato virusfree seedling into the nursery,directly.The results showed that the survival rate of the transplanting seedling which was moved into the insect net shed nursery cultivation dircetly was 95.93%at atmospheric temperature 19-24℃and ground temperature 17-23℃(the soil moisture content was 13%-14%before transplanted).The per plant increased 6.33 leaves within 30 days on average.Whereas the survival rate was between 74.16%and 96.00%at temperatures from 30℃to 34℃.The shed film was drilled by different density of holes at different time to control the temperature and humidity under arch membrane.Thus,the technology system of summer sweet potato virusfree seedling directly into the nursery was established successfully and the production costs were reduced.
