基于田口方法铝合金电子束焊接工艺参数优化 被引量:12

Optimization of Aluminum Alloy Electron Beam Welding Parameters Based on Taguchi Method

摘要 为获得神州系列某型号5A06铝镁合金过滤器产品电子束焊端面优良焊缝,需要通过大量试验以获得最佳焊接参数。故利用Minitab中的田口方法来减少试验次数,降低研发成本,并评定焊接因子及其交互作用对焊缝的影响,最终得出各焊接因子对焊缝质量影响的主次,为焊接工艺优化及熔池研究提供焊接工艺参数。优化结果:聚焦电流274 m A,焊接束流14.5 m A,焊接速度5 rpm,高压60 k V,工作距离52 mm,向材料内部聚焦0.1 mm为最佳参数组合,且3个焊接因子中聚焦中心对焊缝成形影响最大。通过试验对优化后的焊接工艺参数进行验证,满足产品质量要求。结果表明,该方法可为铝合金电子束端面焊接合理选择焊接工艺参数和保证焊接质量提供参考依据。 In order to obtain the excellent weld on the electron beam welded end face of a model of 5A06 aluminum-magnesium alloy filter product of Shenzhou series,a large number of tests need to be carried out in order to obtain the optimum welding parameters.Therefore,the Taguchi method in Minitab is used to reduce the number of tests and R&D cost and evaluate the effect of the welding factors and their interactions on the weld,and finally obtain the degree of effect of each welding factor on the weld quality in order to provide the welding process parameters for optimization of welding process and research of weld crater.The optimization results:focusing current 274 mA,welding beam current 14.5 mA,welding speed 5 rpm,high voltage 60 kV,working distance 52 mm,0.1 mm of focusing into the material is the best combination of parameters,and the focus center of the 3 welding factors has greatest impact on weld formation.Through the tests,the optimized welding process parameters are verified and meet the product quality requirements.The results show that this method can be used as a reference for reasonable selection of welding process parameters and welding quality assurance for the welding of aluminum alloy end face by electron beam.
