摘要
高压隔膜密封换热器管壳程连接法兰结构型式复杂,是设计计算中的关键部位,目前还没有标准算法对其进行强度计算。参照GB 150.3—2011的筒体端部结构,对其进行强度校核,同时对其与管程筒体和壳程筒体连接处按照JB 4732—1995(2005年确认)进行应力分析和强度评定。结果表明计算方法合理,实际运行状况良好,可供工程设计参考。
The connection flange between tube and shell of high pressure diaphragm heat exchangers is structurally complex and is the key location in the design calculation,and at present there has not been standard algorithm for calculating its strength.By referring to shell end structure in GB 150.3-2011,strength verification was performed on it,at the same time,stress analysis and strength evaluation were performed on the connection between it and tube-side cylinder and shell-side cylinder according to JB 4732-1995(confirmed in 2005).The results show that the calculation method is reasonable,the actual operation condition is good,thus it can be referenced for engineering design.
