可拆式全焊接板式换热器维护检修规程初探

Preliminary Study on Maintenance and Repair Regulations for Detachable All-welded Plate Heat Exchanger

化工设备维护检修规程是设备日常维护和检修的重要依据。由于可拆式全焊接板式换热器在国内应用不久,目前尚没有成熟的检修规程。以国家各项标准规范为参考依据,结合多年对此类换热器的检维修经验,编写检修规程,以期对今后此类换热器维护和检修起到借鉴作用。

Maintenance and repair regulations for chemical equipment are an important basis for routine maintenance and repair of equipment.Because the application of the detachable all-welded plate heat exchanger is not long in China,there have not yet been mature repair regulations at present.These regulations were prepared with reference to various national standards and codes and in combination with many years of experience in maintenance and repair of such type of heat exchangers in the hope of providing references for maintenance and repair of such type of heat exchangers in the future.
