耳背放血联合清肺除湿中药治疗玫瑰痤疮疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation of Auricle Bloodletting plus Chinese Medication for Clearing Lungs and Dampness in Treating Acne Rosacea

目的观察耳背放血联合清肺除湿中药治疗玫瑰痤疮临床疗效。方法将62例玫瑰痤疮患者随机分为治疗组33例和对照组29例,治疗组采用耳背放血联合清肺除湿方内服外用治疗,对照组仅采用清肺除湿方内服外用治疗,疗程为4周。观察治疗后两组临床疗效以及中医证候评分变化。结果治疗组愈显率为81.8%,对照组为62.1%,治疗组愈显率优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组在改善中医证候评分方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳背放血联合清肺除湿方内服外用治疗玫瑰痤疮临床效果显著,优于单纯清肺除湿方内服外用治疗。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of auricle bloodletting plus Chinese medication for clearing lungs and dampness in treating acne rosacea.Method Sixty-two patients with acne rosacea were randomized into a treatment group of 33 cases and a control group of 29 cases.The treatment group was intervened by auricle bloodletting plus external use and oral administration of Chinese medication for clearing lungs and dampness,while the control group was treated simply with the external use and oral administration of Chinese medication for clearing lungs and dampness,4 weeks as a course of treatment.The clinical efficacy and changes in the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the two groups were observed after the treatment.Result The markedly effective rate was 81.8%in the treatment group versus 62.1%in the control group,and the rate in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05);the treatment group was better than the control group in the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricle bloodletting plus external use and oral administration of Chinese medication for clearing lungs and dampness can produce a significant efficacy in treating acne rosacea,better than the latter used alone.
