温针治疗膝骨关节炎疗效观察及对关节滑液中IL-1β、TNF-α的影响

Observations on the Effect of Warm Needling on Knee Osteoarthritis and Synovial IL-1β and TNF-α

目的观察温针治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效及其对关节滑液中IL-1?、TNF-?的影响。方法 60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组给予温针治疗,对照组给予毫针常规治疗。结果治疗组愈显率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),WOMAC评分下降较对照组更显著(P<0.05);两组患者关节液中IL-1?、TNF-?含量均显著下降(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组下降更显著(P<0.05)。结论温针治疗膝骨关节炎,能有效改善关节症状,并使关节液IL-1?、TNF-?含量明显下降。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of warm needling for knee osteoarthritis and its effect on synovial IL-1βand TNF-α.Method Sixty patients were randomized to treatment and control groups,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group received warm needling and the control group,conventional filiform needle acupuncture.Result The marked efficacy rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).The WOMAC score decreased more in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Synovial IL-1βand TNF-αcontents decreased significantly in both groups of patients(P<0.05)and decreased more in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm needling can effectively relieve arthritic symptoms and significantly reduce synovial IL-1βand TNF-αcontents in treating knee osteoarthritis.
