摘要
目的分析针刺对偏头痛的即时、短期、远期效应。方法通过计算机检索Pub Med、EMbase、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、万方数据库(WFSD),并辅以手工检索有关针灸治疗偏头痛的临床资料,结局指标为VAS疼痛评分,时间设定为2001年1月1日至2016年12月31日。结果纳入文献15篇,均为随机对照试验,Meta分析显示针刺后即时效应与假针刺和西药组比无统计学意义,针刺短期、远期效应均优于假针刺和西药组。结论针刺可以作为治疗偏头痛和预防偏头痛的有效方法,但是针刺治疗偏头痛的即时效应需进一步研究。
Objective To evaluate the immediate,short-term and long-term therapeutic effects of acupuncture on migraine.Method Computer searches of PubMed,EMbase,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),Chinese Scientific and Technological Journal Database(VIP)and Wanfang Standards Database(WFSD)were made in combination with manual searching to retrieve clinical data about acupuncture treatment for migraine.The outcome measure was the VAS pain score.The time was limited between Jan.1st,2001 and Dec.31st,2016.Result Fifteen articles with randomized controlled trial were included.The meta-analysis showed no statistically significant difference in the immediate effect between acupuncture and sham acupuncture or Western drugs.The short-term and long-term effects of acupuncture were better than those of sham acupuncture or Western drugs.Conclusion Acupuncture is an effective way to treat and prevent migraine.The immediate therapeutic effect of acupuncture on migraine needs further study.
