摘要
通过对液态料自动供料系统经常出现的供料电磁阀泄漏和不能正常自动供料的故障进行分析,提出采用变频器、电极式液位控制器和PLC等元器件进行整改,解决了原系统存在的问题,确保了生产线原料的正常供应。
The common faults of leakage of feed solenoid valve and abnormal automatic feeding occui^red in automatic feeding system for liquid material were analyzed.The improvement of using converter,electrode liquid level controller,PLC and other components was proposed.The existing problems of the original system was solved,and the normal supply of the raw material of the production line was ensured.
