摘要
详细研究了光耦驱动电路、浮地自举驱动电路、正激式隔离变压器驱动电路以及电容耦合式隔离变压器驱动电路的工作原理。阐述了这几种驱动电路的优缺点及不同驱动电路的应用场合和应用时的注意事项,并通过实验进行理论验证。
The working principles of Optocoupler drive,floating bootstrap drive,forward isolation transformer drive,capacitive coupling isolation transformer drive were introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of different drive circuits,the application occasion of different drive circuits and attentions in use were discussed.The theory was verification through experiments.
