摘要
本文针对一起220kV电铁线路重合闸多次动作事件,从保护动作时序、录波、重合闸逻辑、操作箱回路四个方面进行分析,判断出弹簧操作机构储能时间与重合闸充电时间失配,是导致重合闸误判并多次动作的主要原因。然后探讨不同工况下重合闸的相关问题,并提出解决措施,以进一步提高重合闸的可靠性。
Considering a case of reclosing abnormality of 220kV electrified railway line,four aspects,i.e.the protection action order,waveform,reclosing logic and the secondary circuits of the operation box,were analyzed in this paper.It was pointed out that the main reason for reclosing abnormality was the time mismatch between the energy storage time of the spring operation mechanism and the charge time of the reclosing device.A series of measures which improve the reliability of reclosing devices were proposed by discussing the different working conditions of reclosing abnormality.
