摘要 变电站直流系统运行过程中经常会发生以下需要检修的情况:直流充电设备故障或交流电源失去、直流系统整套屏更换、蓄电池做核对性试验、蓄电池整组更换等。为确保直流系统持续供电,防止变电站直流系统全所停电,本文介绍了车载式移动直流应急电源箱的设计方案,研制出可同时适用于DC110V和DC220V两种直流系统的移动直流应急电源箱。当变电站发生直流系统故障时,只需车载运输到现场后,选择变电所直流系统电压就可接入原直流系统。系统操作简单,装置可靠性高,成本低,大大缩短了直流系统的抢修时间。 Abstract During the operation of substation DC system,the following problems often need to be overhauled:DC charging equipment failure or loss of AC power supply,replacement of the whole system of DC system,battery checkup,battery replacement,etc.In order to ensure the continuous power supply of the DC system and prevent the power failure in the DC system of the substation,the design of the vehicle-mounted mobile emergency DC power box is introduced and the mobile DC emergency power box which can be applied to both DC110V and DC220V DC systems simultaneously is developed.When the substation DC system failure occurred,only need to transport the emergency DC power box to the scene by vehicle,the substation DC system voltage can access the original DC system.The system has the advantages of simple operation,high reliability and low cost.It can greatly reduce the repair time of DC system.
