Analysis and Improvement of the Influence of Transformer Oil Repair Welding on Dissolved Gas in Oil

油浸式变压器渗漏油是常见的问题,往往需要带油补焊。本文结合实例分析了带油补焊对油中溶解气体的影响及原因,提出了变压器带油补焊的改进措施,即采用断续补焊,实际应用效果良好。

It is a common phenomenon that oil immersed transformers leak oil.Therefore,oil repair welding is often required.Both the influence and the cause of oil repair welding on dissolved gas in oil are analyzed with an example in this paper.The improvement measures of the transformer oil repair welding are proposed.The measure of intermittent repair welding is adopted and the effect is good.
