摘要
日本食品垃圾循环利用是对食品垃圾进行减量化、再资源化和再能源化处理。构建食品垃圾循环利用体系有助于节约资源,减少环境污染。日本经历了环境污染和食品垃圾堆积成山的年代,在创建"循环型社会"指引下,2001年4月日本开始推行《食品再生利用法》。以法律为本,日本构建了完善的食品垃圾循环利用体系。目前,中国也面临着食品垃圾剧增的问题,中国应学习和借鉴日本食品垃圾循环利用经验,制定适合中国国情的食品垃圾循环利用制度。
Japanese food recycling refers to the reduction,recycling and re-energy treatment of the food waste.Constructing the recycling system benefits to saving resources and reducing environmental pollution.Japan has experienced environmental pollution and accumulation of food wastes.By creating“circulative society”,Japan launched“Recycle and Reuse of Food Act”in April 2001,with which Japan has developed a perfect recycling system of food-garbage.Today faced with the problem of soaring food-garbage,China should learn from Japanese in recycling food waste and formulating a recycle and reuse system of food-garbage that suits to China’s national conditions.
