我国传统村落保护与利用研究

The Study of the Protection and Utilization of Traditional Villages in China

传统村落是人类文明的根脉,是乡土建筑和乡土文化的重要载体,是传承地方民族文化的重要载体。目前,传统村落保护模式主要有三种:就地保护、异地搬迁和发展旅游。法律法规不完善、保护意识淡薄、商业化过度开发、"老龄化、空巢化"等是传统村落保护中存在的主要问题。健全法律法规、提升营造策略、培养自觉保护意识、坚持文化自觉才能有利于传统村落的保护与传承,从精神上重新催发对根的敬意。

The traditional villages are the roots of human civilization,and the important carrier of local architecture and local culture,and they have the important empirical value for the research of society development,science and technology development and culture and art development,in addition,they are the important carrier to inherit local national culture.Nowadays,there are three main models to protect traditional villages:on-site conservation,relocation,and development tourism.The imperfection of legal system,weak awareness of protection,over development and aging,empty-nest are the main problem in traditional villages’protection.Therefore,establishing and improving relevant laws and rules,promoting strategy,fostering protection awareness,insisting cultural consciousnessare good at the protection and inherit of traditional villages,and the respect of root from mental.
