摘要
通过单因素试验与正交试验优化了滑子菇黄酮的超声波辅助提取工艺,并利用D-101型大孔树脂分离纯化,对滑子菇黄酮进行抗氧化活性研究。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇体积分数70%,料液比1∶5(g:mL),超声功率480 W,提取时间2 h,得率为2.989%;精制黄酮后,含量为41.47%;滑子菇黄酮对羟基自由基的清除率为5.60%,对DPPH自由基的清除率为78.09%,对大肠杆菌有一定的抑菌效果。
This experiment used ultrasonic extraction of pholiota nameko by single factor and orthogonal experiment to optimize the extraction condition,then used D-101 macroporous resin purification refined flavonoid,finally performed researches on antioxidant activities.The results showed that:ethanol extract 70%,material ratio 1∶5(g∶mL),ultrasonic power 480 W,extraction time 2 h,the highest rate was 2.989%.The flavonoid was obtained and the purity was 41.47%.The scavenging rate of hydroxyl radical was 5.60%,and the maximum clearance rate of DPPH free radical was 78.09%.There was a certain inhibitory effect of flavonoid on E.coli.
