摘要 为促进邵阳学院应用技术型大学转型,学院在食品科学与工程和食品质量与安全2个专业开展了食品生产综合实习项目式教学改革与实践。通过分析食品生产综合实习中存在的主要问题,提出教学改革的内容与方法,经过2届学生的教学实践,学生的实践技能与创新能力显著提高。 To promote the transformation of applied technology college,project teaching reform and practice on comprehensive practice of food production was carried out in food science and engineering and food quality and safety.The main problems existing in food production practice were analyzed,and the contents and methods of teaching reform were put forward.After two session of teaching practice,students'practice ability and innovation ability had been increased dramatically.
