摘要 以20 k Hz的超声发生器为研究对象,通过有限元分析讨论了在相同声场条件下液位在声场中能量空间分布的影响,最后用SCL图像采集试验进行了验证。结果表明,在有界的料腔声场中存在谐振液位(45~90 mm),在这些液位处的空化稳定性和均匀性均较好,可以为提高物料破碎能力提供一些参考。 In this study,the immersion ultrasonic crushing device under 20 kHz was used as research object.The influence of liquid level on the spatial distribution of energy in the sound field under the same sound field conditions was discussed using finite element analysis.Finally,the sonochemiluminescence image acquisition experiment was used to verify the effect.There were some resonance liquid levels at which the cavitation stability and uniformity were both satisfactory such as at 45~90 mm.It could provide some references for improving the material breaking capacity.
